No! All of our N32 CIJ Printers are completely contract-free, we don't tie our customers in knots with elaborate contracts or service agreements. Many users of CIJ printers enter contracts and end up paying for the printer several times over before the end of the term.
In order to maintain print quality and the lifespan of your CIJ printer, it is recommended that it undertakes an annual service. We are more than happy to schedule you in with one of our trusted engineers should you choose, but all our printers can be serviced by their users. So if you want to get the most out of your printer at the lowest cost, you can service it yourself.
Needham Ink Tech exists to preserve and enhance our legacy by building lifelong partnerships by using our expertise in inkjet technologies, to do this we are completely transparent with our costs. Our N32 flagship CIJ printer is £3,995 and includes a product sensor and bracketry.
As mentioned before, there are no obligatory service contracts with our CIJ printers, so if you want to service the printer in-house and save money you can. We also guarantee to have the lowest ongoing consumable costs, all CIJ printers need ink and make-up to print and because we manufacture them both, we are able to offer the lowest prices in the industry on consumables.
As UK manufacturers of continuous inkjet inks, our N-Series fluids for our CIJ printers are "off the shelf" and we work on a next-day delivery with our logistics partners to ensure you never run out of consumables.
All of our inks and make-ups are made in Britain at our manufacturing facility in Whitchurch, Shropshire, and our research and development facility is located in Newquay, Cornwall, UK.
YES! All of our CIJ printers come with a parts-only 2-Year Warranty as standard.
In the unlikely event that an error or fault code appears on one of our CIJ printers, a QR code appears on the screen and once scanned, it directs you to a video showing how to remedy the fault. If the fault requires the help of an engineer, we will always respond to our customers within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve any issues remotely over the phone. Should an engineer be needed on-site, our earliest availability is usually within 24 hours.
