Subscriptions start from £220 per month, with a £500 deposit and a five-year term.

Is the ink and make-up fluid included?

Yes. An agreed supply of ink and make-up fluid is included within your subscription. We will review your production volumes, operating hours, message size and expected usage before agreeing a delivery schedule.

Can I try the CM750 before committing?

Yes. We offer a two-week on-site trial, allowing you to test the CM750 on your own production line using your own products and packaging before entering into the subscription.

What happens during the two-week trial?

The printer is tested under real production conditions so your team can assess print quality, code adhesion, ease of operation, line compatibility and overall performance. The trial also gives you an opportunity to experience the support provided by our team.

Is installation included?

Yes, if you take advantage of our free two week trial, the plan can begin as soon as the trial is over. No need to remove and reinstall the printer.

Will my operators receive training?

Yes. Practical operator guidance can be provided during installation and set-up, covering everyday use, message creation, cleaning and basic printer care.

Is annual servicing included?

Yes. Planned annual servicing is included as part of the subscription to help maintain printer condition and support reliable long-term performance.

What support is available if I have a problem?

Our UK-based team can help with technical questions, troubleshooting and service requirements. The exact level of support and any applicable exclusions will be explained as part of your subscription agreement.

Are repairs and replacement parts included?

Repair and parts coverage will be confirmed within your individual agreement. We will clearly explain what is included, what may be chargeable and whether any exclusions apply before you commit.
