Why it happens
Your photocell is detecting the same product more than once—or not being ignored quickly enough after the first trigger. That causes a double print on the same item.
Common causes & solutions
| Cause | Fix |

| Trigger mode set incorrectly | Use Trigger, not Gate or Ignore |
| No blocking time set | Set a blocking delay to ignore double sensor hits |
| Misaligned or too sensitive sensor | Reposition or swap to a narrower beam sensor |
| Conveyor bounce or vibration | Stabilise line and test print delay timing |

Print Parameters > Trigger Mode -
Select Trigger and set Blocking Time (e.g. 500 ms)
