Why back up messages?
Backing up your print jobs prevents data loss during resets, firmware updates, or accidental deletions. You can also clone setups to other printers.
To back up messages

Insert a USB stick into the USB port

From the Main Menu, go to
File Manager -
Select
Message Backup -
Choose messages to back up or select “All”

Confirm to export to USB
To restore messages

Insert USB with backup files
-
Go to
File Manager > Message Restore -
Select the backup file

Confirm import – messages will now appear in your message list
