Over the growing concerns of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we would like to assure you that Needham Inks Ltd is operating as normal, whilst following a strict process to safeguard our employees and customers. Our process is based on advice from the UK Government and the World Health Organisation and is being reviewed on a regular basis.

Despite the current situation Needham Inks remains busy, we’re receiving orders as normal and processing them as efficiently as possible. We are working closely with our supply chain to minimize disruption; however, UK Government guidelines relating to social distancing and remote working will mean that at times we are operating with reduced resources which may impact our lead times. Shipping times may also be extended as we are getting reports from transport companies that lorries are being delayed on the continent. The feedback is that they will still get through, but it may take a little longer. To this end, we are encouraging our customers to place orders as soon as possible to ensure we can meet your lead time requirements.

Our communications will occur regularly, and we will adapt as fluidly as possible to this ever changing situation. Please rest assured that we will inform you if there are any significant changes or developments.
